Sri Aakassdeep`s message of the day :
My dear friend, Krishna said: “This is true knowledge; to seek the Self as the true end of wisdom always. To seek anything else is ignorance.”
5000 years passed, but it is as fresh as a morning dew drop. We might build tall buildings, bridges, roads, riding cars, flying airplanes, but so far inner transformation is concerned, we remain the same place like 5000 years ago. Someone might know, about all the technological and intellectual knowledge, but if he does not know his own self inner wisdom, then he knows nothing. For to live in the world, for to find a job, objective knowledge, is helpful, but that knowledge does not remove the inner darkness. Only true knowledge removes darkness of inner ignorance. Many western religions talk about God, heaven, hell and so on so forth. But, if one knows the whole universe, but don`t know his own self, it is valueless. It is something like this parable. One day, a son of a rich man went to the city and after complete his higher study in the university, he was returning to his village in his father`s house. Before he was just on the way to his house, he need to cross a river. For to cross the river, it takes around one hour. When he reached near the river side, he saw, only one boat was waiting. So, he took the boat and started his journey back home. On the way, he decided just to make some chit-chat with the boat man. First he expressed to the boat man, he completed his Master degree in the university. Boat man felt very happy to know that, but humble he expressed, "I am an uneducated boat man, I do not understand, what does it mean with the Master degree, will you explain to me, what does it mean?" Rich man`s son said, "Do you understand science?" The poor boat man showed his shyness and expressed:"No." "Then 25% of your life has no value." Then he asked, "Do you understand mathematics?" The poor boat-man said, "No, I do not know about mathematics." Then rich man said: "50% of your life has no value." Then the rich man son tried again, "Do you understand economics?" The poor boat man felt shy and replied: “No”. Then the rich man son said, "75% of your life has no value." By this time, half an hour passed, the boat was in the middle of the river, sky became cloudy, wind start blowing strongly. Strong storm was just on the top of the boat, then the boat man hesitantly asked the rich man`s son, it looks like, heavy storm is coming, in the storm, sometimes boat turns up and down, boat might drown or you might fall in the river. If you want to reach the other side, you need to know how to swim. "Do you know how to swim?" The rich man`s son scared replied: “No, I don`t know how to swim.” Then the boat man smiled and replied: “In the storm, if you do not know how to swim, then hundred percent of your life has no value. Your all knowledge of science, mathematics and economics, will not save you, from drowning in the river.”
Same way, self-knowledge, is the only way of wisdom always and all other knowledge is ignorance. One day, everybody is physically going to die. Whatsoever they accumulate in this world, is going to remain in this world. All the knowledge of this world, will be left behind. Only the light of self-knowledge will help on the journey to the other world.
Without self-knowledge God or Love just myths. Many pundits, by accumulating information from scriptures and books, talk about spiritual things, but they just accumulating papers in their heads. Through this, they not only deceiving others, they are deceiving themselves also. The ignorance remains there, where it was before. They should, go for self-knowledge, inner wisdom, rather then accumulating information. Every human is like a chromosome of the universe. Whatever we have, in the universe, everything in a tiny form is inside us. Thousands of years before, Buddha talked about conscious, subconscious, unconscious, collective unconscious, cosmic conscious mind. Even hundred years before, people did not understand, what Buddha was talking about, only recently, science is understanding, what Buddha was talking about. Modern psychologists like Sigmund Freud, Jung, Adler had been able to rediscover and understand till objective conscious, conscious and subconscious mind. They are just able to touch little bit of unconscious mind. Modern science is experiencing science discovery, like a child is playing with the shells in the sea beach of a vast ocean. We see this in the statement of Einstein and pioneers of scientists. Regarding cosmic consciousness, we are just able to feel, but just in the feeling it blows our imaginations, when we come across the vastness of galaxy, milky way, black hole and space. Only recently through scientific equipments, we are able to visualize and do some measurement of some solar systems and galaxies. We are able to make the measurement of duration of suns traveling on its path and the suns size and its character. But, five thousand of years before, sages gave the duration of suns rotation it its solar system, its size and character. The time is almost the same. Now, question comes, that time, there was no equipment, like from our modern science, then how they got exact numbers? So sages give us the clue, they got all this information during meditation, when they got their self-knowledge. They gave us the message, what is existing in the outer world, same, a vast world also exists inside our self. Our physical body is just the outer surface of our inner self. A vast universe exists inside our self and that universe and outer universe are same. Because of this, when one discover his inner self, he finds inner and outer universe are one, we see the echo in Jesus Christ`s speech, when he says, “Me and my father are one.” Many theologists wonder upon this statement and do not understand, how God the father Jesus Christ, his son can be one. But Jesus Christ was saying the deep secret of cosmic consciousness, what Buddha had said, 2500 years before. If Buddha is right about subconscious, unconscious and cosmic conscious, then now we do not know yet, about collective cosmic conscience, but one day, the humanity and science will be able to understand collective cosmic consciousness. In this universe, a human is so tiny, but still, through the self knowledge, it is possible to experience collective cosmic consciousness. When enlightened Masters give us this information about the self and the universe, it is simply mind blowing. But, when we see, Jesus Christ, Moses, Mohammad, Zarathustra, Nanak, Buddha, Mahavira, Lao Tzu, Confucius all the Sages, Munis and Rishis are saying with one voice, with Krishna: “This is true knowledge; to seek the Self as the true end of wisdom always. To seek anything else is ignorance.”
Om Shanti, Shanti, Shanti.
