"Men do not mirror themselves in running water - they mirror themselves in still water. Only what is still, can still the stillness of other things."

(Lao Tzu, Taoism, Chuang Tzu 5)

Sri AakassDeeps Commentary:

“AUM SHANTI SHANTI SHANTI ”

At the beginning I show my respect to one God, Supreme of all Supreme. I show  my respect to all the enlightened Masters of the past. I show my respect to all the Master and Teacher of Peace, who are carrying the light of peace and dedicated their life for that. And I am showing my respect to all the heroes of the future, who will discover themselves and will become enlightened.

God is saying, "Know yourself and you will know Me". Down the ages all Enlightened people have said, "Know thyself", because what you do outside is not happening outside, it is coming from inside. Like in the Himalayas, ice becomes water drop by drop, and those drops become a flow and that flow comes out and is expressed through the river.

So what you do in your day-to-day life is deeply related to you inner being. If you try to understand yourself through your outer actions you might miss the opportunity to understand and realize your `self´. When you see your outer action you have then to go deep inside, you have to analyze step by step, to go to the root of the cause. Misery in society, or in your life, is very deep-rooted. You cannot see the root of a tree because it is below the earth, and if you cut a branch off a tree it will grow again. In the same way, if you partially solve a social problem, then a few days or a few years later, it will come back.

If your want to improve yourself, if you want to remove misery from your life and from society, then you have to remember that every individual has to change from the root of their soul. But when you are running for money or fame, you will never be able to see your true self. First you have to stop running.

I am not telling you to renounce the world. I am saying you have to be meditative, to be centered, you have to be silent and peaceful. In that dynamic awareness you will be able to find out your true nature, your true self. God made every soul and `self´different and unique in the world. Every individual is a masterpiece of God, so every individual has to discover their own true self. Following your own self is the only way to be peaceful and happy in life.

You cannot change your `self´to something that you are not. God created only one Krishna, Buddha, Mohammad, Mahavira, Moses, Jesus, Nanak, Lao Tzu, Chuang Tzu and Zarathustra. There have never been two.

By copying Buddha you cannot become a Buddha. Millions of people have followed, but nobody else has become a Buddha. Millions of people are following Jesus Christ or Mohammad, but all those seeds are dying with that potentiality out of billions of seeds, not a single flower is the same.

You cannot find God, you cannot find truth by copying anyone, because those who have found God have found God without copying anyone. When God sent you into the world He made you perfect. The blueprint to find Him is inside your heart. The road starts from the door an d the door is your heart. Love is your road map and the road will lead to God. Every door is different and every road is different.

So you have to find your `self´, and only when you find your `self, will you find the door to God. And when every individual finds their way to God, all of society will move towards God. The whole culture will be the culture of God.
